Biography
Candace Nicole Parker (born April 19, 1986) is a former American professional basketball player. Nicknamed "Ace," Parker played for the Los Angeles Sparks, Chicago Sky, and Las Vegas Aces in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She is widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, having won two WNBA championships, two Olympic gold medals, and several other accolades.
Early Life and Career
Parker was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up in Naperville, Illinois. She showed exceptional athleticism from an early age and went on to play college basketball for the University of Tennessee.
